Workplace Wellbeing Poster for individual Organizations

Workplace Wellbeing – Now taking bookings from Organizations

Join us for Workplace Wellbeing workshop, designed for everyone. This workshop is approached from an Indigenous perspective. You do not need to be Indigenous to Turtle Island to attend. We do require a willingness to be respectful of Indigenous teachings This workshop explores an Indigenous perspective on workplace wellbeing through community, culture and connection. How it differs from many workplace environments, and how we can bring those ancestral teachings into our workplace wellbeing. This workshop is not recorded. It can be a sensitive topic, and this allows people to ask questions in a more private space. Active participation is not required; it is welcomed, and there is no group work. We also believe attending and witnessing are participation

I provide consultations and training for the following areas:

  • Wellbeing workshops designed specifically for your organization
  • Practicing from an Indigenous worldview with Indigenous specific strategies
  • Conducting team-building exercises to strengthen connections
  • Arranging one-on-one counseling sessions for employees
